General Terms of Sale

The wellbeing of my animals matters to me. So you know exactly what to expect, the handover is clearly defined:

1. Only animals that are visibly healthy and free of parasites are sold. The animals have fed multiple times, passed faeces, and shed without issue.
2. No liability can be accepted for the occurrence of illness or the loss of an animal after handover. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded.
3. Sex determination is carried out to the best of my knowledge and belief, but cannot be guaranteed with 100 % certainty. Animals of undetermined sex are sold as such.
4. Animals are excluded from the right of return or exchange — sold as seen.
5. The corn snake is subject to mandatory registration in accordance with § 25 of the Austrian Animal Protection Act (Tierschutzgesetz).
6. Husbandry requirements are set out in the current version of the 2nd Animal Husbandry Regulation (2. Tierhaltungsverordnung).
7. Private sale — Markus Fricke is a registered private breeder.
